The gifts are separate from your membership. You'll pay a gift's retail price, within the budget you set for each occasion, and only when you approve it. Nothing ships without you.
For our first 10–20 customers, if you aren't satisfied with zebrabanana's service, we'll refund your membership fee in full. Gift returns and physical product issues are handled with the supplying partner. Terms

Yes. Defer the gift, the card, or both for any occasion, no explanation needed. Nothing is charged unless you approve it.
You can skip that occasion and handle it yourself, no charge. Or tell us what you'd rather have seen, and we'll factor it in next time.
Your membership is billed once a year. Each gift is charged separately, at retail price, only after you approve it.
Any time. Adding someone starts their own year of membership right away. If you remove someone before we've ordered any gifts for them, we refund their membership in full. After that, they stay covered until their year ends and simply won't renew.
